Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Return, and tap "Cancel Subscription." Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

If you've reinstalled the app or switched devices, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase the subscription. Open Return and look for the "Restore Purchases" option on the subscription screen. Your subscription will be automatically restored.

Is my data private and secure?

Yes. Your personal data is stored locally on your device, not on external servers. We don't collect your name, email, location, or any identifying information. AI Coach conversations are processed in real-time and not stored after your session. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

What happens if I relapse?

Recovery is a journey, not a straight line. If you relapse, the app provides a compassionate reset process. You can log your relapse, reflect on triggers, and start fresh. Your previous progress isn't lost — the lessons you've learned stay with you. Remember: "Indeed, Allah loves those who repent." (Quran 2:222)

How does the AI Coach work?

The AI Coach provides supportive guidance combining Islamic wisdom with evidence-based recovery techniques. It's available 24/7 when you need someone to talk to. While it's helpful for daily support, it's not a replacement for professional help if you're struggling with severe addiction or mental health challenges.

Can I use Return without a subscription?

Return requires a subscription to access all features. The subscription supports ongoing development, AI costs, and ensures we can continue providing a high-quality, ad-free experience focused entirely on your recovery journey.
